All I've done to my truck so far is a Westin Grill Guard with HID off road lights, Delta Tool box, K&N Cold air intake, and a Bully Dog GT Gas Tuner. The truck is fully loaded and has the 5.4L 3V motor and rides great. Future plans include leveling kit and a exhaust kit.
