You just need to get some sweet rims.
i remember how she looked when you first bought her. HUGE difference
looks longer with the kit installed
People won't even realize it's a Taurus.
stance is everything
But it's a Taurus
Yes, it is a Taurus. That's what makes it unique. Anyone can buy something that looks special, but was built by someone else. My ride is “built, not bought”. So Jeff, yes, it is a Taurus, what seems to be your problem with that?
I just wouldn't have picked a Ford Taurus 4 door to put my $ into just my opinion as long as you like it is all that matters
Well, it was the car that I had. It all started by wanting a good sound system, then I wanted tinted windows. Then I liked how HID headlights looked and worked. Then I found I wanted it to have a little better response time. Then it just snowballed from there. LOL. What I really like about it, is that it is a car that is unique. I love Mustangs and other, more sporty looking cars, as much as the next guy, but they are very common. I really loved the car. It rides great, it's solid, roomy and comfortable. I wanted a true original, and this is sure to be it. :-)
Here is an example of what I did not want. A guy just bought an older Mustang and he put up this post in a car forum: "Jason Permenter I just bought an ALL original 1990 LX 5.0. The last one I had died (not my fault) in 1998. What issues do I need to buy to catch up on the latest Performance parts? ". He knows that the whole Mustang community does much the same mods and upgrades. There was no such resource when I started my project. I wanted to be the first, the pioneer. Now I have several people that own a Taurus coming to me for ideas. I don't just like that I am creating an true original, but that I am also inspiring others to do what they didn't think could be done. So it's much more than just saying that I want a fast car. It's about doing something that hasn't been done, something that people said couldn't be done because there were no aftermarket parts for what I want to achieve. It's about proving that almost anything can be done if someone is willing to be the ground breaker. — You are the first person to question why and not have a complimentary thing to say, so I am just trying to show you why I am doing a Taurus. There was Magellan, Christopher Columbus, and now JIMMER. All ventured into uncharted waters and all did the impossible. LOL. Maybe that was a little dramatic, but you get the idea. LOL
