When will the plug-in hybrid be driving? And is it going to be possible to get 100 miles to the gallon?

E85 Gas

Im in California and i have not seen an E85 station or heard of people's expe­riences with E85. Does it get better mileage? Is it cheaper? (if so how much?). I heard Ford is testing its Escape Hybrid to be E85 compatible.
