Mustang from Transformer's movie
That Mustang was a sweet ride!! I thought i saw the Saleen logo on the rims or was that the Transformer logo?? I thought the movie was pretty good too, a lot of action, cant go wrong with blowing crap up.

Cool Cat I think that is
Cool Cat I think that is the exact reason (well one at least) why this movie did so well. For the older audience that remember the show/toon as a child, and then seeing some really nice bad… cars, just make it more and more enjoyable. I freaked when I realized they were going to have a tang in it myself. :)
The whole Transformers
The whole Transformers movie was great overall, but I do agree about there being excellent car choices which were included.
I was one of those kids who always loved transformers, and also always loved to collect hot wheels.
The film had a way of bringing out the geek from my youth again!

One of the best things
One of the best things about the live action Transformers was the great cars they used. Granted it was kind of like a big advertisement for the cars, but I don't mind when they put in such gems.
Haven't seen the Transformer movie
I guess I may have to rent it when I can just to see the cars. What other cars are featured, purple, besides the Mustang? Thanks, Jason, for the video clip – probably would be much better if I wasn't stuck on dial-up.

Great post and your right about blowing things up. I was amazed seeing this car put into a movie after there was some talk (with a friend who watched the movie) debated me if it was in fact a Mustang or not (love those not tang friends right). :)
Gosh, I haven't seen that
Gosh, I haven't seen that movie. I honestly don't know if I could sit through it because that's just not my cup of tea. However, now you've gotten me curious as to exactly how cool that car was. I think I'm gonna google it just so I can take a peak without hitting the movie! LOL
