Over here in Europe we have a company called Alcon, they are pricey but have serious stopping power!! Maybe you could look at them? Other than that I'd say the Brembos are best, they have a lot of connections with race teams and are always pushing the boundries with their stuff!
I'd suggest the SVT Cobra brake setup, even though its only a two piston caliper the brakes are amazing, and when coupled up with a brake pressure controller and the cobra hydro-boost, its a great setup. Thats what I have on my 63, and it works just amazingly. If its just between those two companies I would go with brembo, but seriously take a look into the Ford Racing stuff, its at the same or cheaper pricing.
Brembo makes great stuff, however they are super pricey. We use Stop-Tech on a regular basis due to thier great pricing and quality with super results! Just my .02
