What a legend is Victor Bray and now his son Ben following his footsteps. With a sponsor like Castrol and driving a 57' Chev he must be on a good wicket. I love drag racing, especially top fuel, door slammer!

I have a friend whose hobby is drag racing. He builds his own cars and engines, but races only occasionally. Apparently, his hobby has been getting more expensive as the years go on.

Drag racing is awesome, if you can afford it. I know that horse racing is the sport of Kings, but I think that should be changed to drag racing because you have to have a small fortune to be competitive.

There is no cheap way to drag race. Even after you buy all the parts you want and do all the tuning you need to do you still have to maintain your car from race to race. Every few races you will have to replace the tires. And heaven forbid that something should happen to the car.
