I would like to put a sunroof in my car but I'm not really sure what is involved. Does anyone know any good websites that can walk me through the step by step process? With my luck I would put it in and it would leak every time it rains or snows.
I am sure it will not be an easy task but there have to be some guides out there. I know someone that wants to do it with his S2000 but I do not see him doing it at all, rather paying someone instead (he is pretty lazy).
buddy of mine did the home-sunroof kit to his truck (s-10).easy install for such a small truck,but in the end it leaked because he didn't have a pro do it. I'd recommend an auto body shop rather than a install kit,but when I find good info for u ill post it.best of luck.
This is a feat I would never consider taking on myself and actually didn't realize they sold kits to do it. I'd be very careful if I was you. I don't know how saavy you are when it comes to body work but make sure you know what you're doing before starting a project like this. I'd hate to see you end up with a wet seat every time the clouds open up! lol
