If, hypothetically you wanted to import a Ford that wasn't made or sold in this country, how would you manage to do it? Would Ford help you at all, or would you have to contact a specialist company?

I don't know the exact

I don't know the exact details but there are car import companies that deal with this for you. You hire the company to take care of everything for you basically, including taxes and pick up/delivery.

Normally when purchasing

Normally when purchasing items from a long way away inside the US you would have to purchase it and have it moved by a delivery company. Such as sales on Ebay. I would imagine that it would work somewhat the same for importing. You would buy it from the foreign Ford dealer and arrange for transport to pick it up and get to to the boat to import. I doubt Ford would help.
