The paint came up ok, maybe because it was waxed. How do I get it off the tires and out of the wheel well?

Depending on the type of paint, it might peel off when dry, especially if there was dirt under the paint, in the wheel well. The tires should come up with a brushing and soap, but if not I wouldn't mess much with them-just leave it to wear off.

The tires will definitely

The tires will definitely peel or wear off pretty easy. Maybe a bit of scrubbing with a scrubbing pad (the green rough ones) to help it along. Not sure about the wheel well, but so long as you don't scrub too hard and use gentle cleaners it shouldn't hurt anything.

The tires are starting to wear off now, but there is still a fair bit in the treads. That looks pretty yucky.

The wheel well I might try a green pad on-it doesn't show too much, but it starting to get dusty and not show so much.
