Going Up or Down in Size
You can generally go up or down one size in rims/tires from the factory standards correct? I've been trying to find a cheap set of tires for a friend of mine but everything it 16+ and her car takes a 15 factory standard.

I've honestly never tried
I've honestly never tried it. I would think that it's possible but I would worry about the effect it would have on, say fuel efficiency. I always had a pretty standard set up.
