Forcing your new lap top to think it's running Windows XP
Okay, about a month or two PC Magazine had an article on how to force your new laptop, that has Vista, to run Windows XP. I am not savvy on doing anything that has to do with a PC other than turn it on. Did anyone see the article that I am talking about? When I read the article I was thinking that can't be good for the laptop?

From the articles and forum posts I've skimmed its actually a rolling back of the OS kind of like you would with a driver, not a forcing of XP while running Vista. Or at least thats what I've been reading about most people doing.
