Free games
A friend of mine suggested playing some free games that are online and ones that you don't have to download. I don't like to visit sites Im not sure of but he said they are non-virus/spyware type sites. Any chance someone knows of a site that lists all the good ones, so I don't stumble on any bad places while I search too?

You should try Gamesville.com. They have a lot of games to play and you don't download the games. You can also win money at the poker and bingo games.

„ones that you don't have to download.“ you do not have to download the game. Since the majority of users have the plugins for flash, quicktime, etc it is rather rude to respond as if you originally stated this. The vehicle to play the game is downloaded not the actual game. Perhaps next time you could be more clear and not use vague language.

Try pogo.com for a start. Its free and has most of the average games people play online, Flash based so you don't have to download anything. They offer cash games as well, but I've never been bored enough to want to try those.

Whats up with the runscape I keep hearing so much stuff about? I am not really sure if its free but I was thinking about checking it out this weekend or so when I have some more free time.

Google is amazing. You can punch in exactly what you are looking for and you'd be surprised what they will dredge up for you. I play the free online game sites. The problem there is that you get to play what is free, but only to a certain level. Then they offer you the the game to download. Just be careful when that happens. You can accidentally hit the wrong link.

I think now is the time I want to restate, no flash. Sorry but its just not something I really like, most of them are semi working and if pogo does work without a ton of annoying stuff, I will give it a go but not on my main computer.
