Does Ford routinely make manuals detailing the engineering of their cars, and showing how to make owner repairs. Haynes type manuals-are they available?
Haynes makes Ford manuals. However haynes manuals do not always have all the in depth information you need. Often if you plan on doing serious work its better to purchase an additional shop level repair manual. I can't think of the name of the one I've bought in the past, but it normally has better detailed pictures and tips.
Thanks-I guess that is what I am looking for-a shop level repair manual. Do you perchance know whether or not those would include electrical work (since so many cars are basically driven by computers today)?
