I have heard mixed things about using this product. Some mechanics will tell you to never use it, others have told me that once a month is good and some will tell you it's okay weekly. Does anyone know for sure?

I haven't heard anything

I haven't heard anything bad about using fuel injection cleaners; I have only heard that they can be used preventively at every service, but if anyone has any reason to believe otherwise, I am very curious indeed and would like to know why not to use them.

I normally use something

I normally use something of this sort once a year, maybe twice when they change from summerweight gas to winterweight. I'm not sure if it helps, but it makes me feel better and it hasn't specifically hurt my vehicles.

I too have heard mixed

I too have heard mixed comments about using fuel injection cleaners. I do use them monthly in my cars. I believe it helps with overall performance.

I'll be honest here, that

I'll be honest here, that I don't like using anything that isn't made by the manufacturer. Anything like that can be a risk to the car and you wouldn't be covered by warranties if you did experience damage.
