My husband does not care too much for them but I like the way the 2008 Ford Fusions look. Anyone else here like them too? Or do you like an older model better?
The Fusions look OK but I've never been much of a fan of them. I prefer the Focus myself. I've never owned a Fusion so I can't speak on anything but how they look but I still prefer the Focus over it.
I kind of feel the same as George, there is just something that it makes me think off and I cant really explain it, but its just not my type of auto I guess. Im sure its great for many people and I know afew that have them, just not me.
Before today I hadn't had much to do with them but I got one at the rental car company and I must say it is a pretty nice car. It has a lot of get up and go and really rides nice on the highway. I don't think it looks bad at all!
I really like the body style of the Fusion. From what I hear they also get pretty good gas mileage. The only problem I might have is how low they seem to sit on the ground. I live up a wicked bumpy hill and I couldn't see this car lasting long going up and down it everyday. But, considering we are planning on finding a new place in the next 6 months this might be right up my alley.(:
I think I'd prefer the Focus on body alone but I've known people who love their Fusions just as much as I love my car. I would have to worry about the road as well since I live down dirt. It sucks to buy a vehicle with that in mind. The potholes can eat tires between maintenence parties.
The only thing I have against the Fusion is how low it sits to the ground. I'm not as young as I used to be and sometimes it is difficult to get out of the low riding cars.
I use to drive a Ford Taurus and have been seeing a lot of the Ford Fusions lately. I personally don't like the Ford Fusion because it is a small vehicle. I have a family of four and would prefer something a bit bigger and something to where I don't feel like I am sitting on the ground. I felt that way in the Taurus too and for some reason when it rained I could not see very good.
