Any opinions on new models?

I have a 2000 Taurus and I love it. It's easy to drive and the body looks good. I did get a look at the new Taurus's and I love the look of them.

You are right on the fast little cars bit some of them can really scoop and the only issue I had when driving once before is bad tires and it wasn't like it was the cars fault or anything but I think the model a friend had just never paid attention to the tires to repair them, I slide on a wet road going about 5mph almost into a pole.

I have always like the taurus, my parents have had few and there have been no major problems. I like the redesign version too. I think there fast little cars.

I dont think many liked it but I can tell you my mother got her hands on a mid 90's model and it did run very well. How do I know this? She let teens drive it and it lived! ;)

I never liked the Taurus either. The redesign was butt ugly, and they were really unremarkable as a vehicle. I'd rather a Contour any day. I was thrilled to hear they'd done away with it and disgusted when they brought it back for name recognition. At least they put it on a different car, which seems a bit better than the original Taurus.
