I have been debating this for a good while now. I still love the late 60's, but I am looking for something a little more recent as a play toy and debating body kit to look a little flash, or a straight sleeper. Suggestions from those that have either?

Any idea if the places online allow for mix/match car kits. Say you like the front of one but the back and sides of another? I see a couple online advertised this way but I'm not sure if they would really fit or not.

I agree with some cars looking better with and some that just should never have attempted a kit on their car. You see some now that make you wonder what the person was thinking when they did it.

You can get some top quality fibreglass bodykits and other body styling components for cars and 4WDs manufactured from the early 60s onwards, so if that's what you are looking for then sure, why not? Although I think that some models of cars do look better without any additions.
