(Miami, FL) - In 1971 the Miami International Auto Show had launched their first exhibition. A man name Datsun introduced the 240Z and gasoline was 36 cents a gallon. Today, the Miami International Auto Show showcases more than 1,000 new cars, trucks, vans, and SUV models from more than 40 of the world’s leading manufacturers.
This year at the auto show they had the Eco Experience, Topless in Miami, and Ride and Drive events. The Eco Experience educates people with new cutting-edge displays focused on alternative fuel vehicles. Topless in Miami is an exhibit presented with the Southern Automotive Media Association (SAMA) to experience a convertible car in the Miami environment.
This year Ford had their 2013 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 as their main car at the entrance to the showroom floor. Behind the GT500 they had the Ford Mustang 5.0 California Special Edition then the V6 Ford Mustang. They also had all the trucks including the F350, F250, F150, Ford SVT Raptor, FX-2, and more. They also had their electric Fusion and the new Ford Escape. Ford also had the new Focus ST front and center. All the cars offers a lot of cool features and new toys.
