Galpin Shelby Car Show

(Van Nuys, CA) – Galpin Autosports celebrated 50 years of Carroll Shelby by hosting a special car show featuring all year Shelby cars. Shelby vehicle owners and enthusiasts from around Southern California met up for this special event. It probably didn’t hurt announcing that the 1962 Shelby CSX2000 was going to be on location as hundreds of fans couldn’t resist the urge to see the 1st Shelby Cobra ever built.

Aside from world class displays of Shelby cars, Galpin Autosports took care of its visitors with tasty bbq, music, refreshments and entertainment for kids. There was an outdoor go-kart track setup for kids looking to get their fix of racing action. The turn out for the car show was pretty good and for those lucky enough to attend the Shelby VIP Party the night before, your weekend of Shelby mania was complete.
