2012 Grand National Roadster Show

(Pomona, CA) – The 2012 Grand National Roadster Show is now in its 63rd year. Once known as the Oakland Roadster Show, it is the longest running indoor car show in the world! Produced at the Fairplex in Pomona for the 9th consecutive year. The GNRS is truly the grand-daddy of them all. There were several hundred vehicles on display, including roadsters, motorcycles, muscle cars, low riders, trucks, and of course, plenty of Fords.

This year the GNRS celebrated the 80th anniversary of the ’32 Coupe. It also celebrates the 80th anniversary of the flathead engine. A combo that catapulted Ford on the path of historical “kewl”-ness. To aid in the overall celebration, one of the 8 halls were dedicated specifically to the “deuce” coupe. The hall contained 80 deuces in honor of the eightieth anniversary. I’ve included several pics from this building and several other pics of amazing Fords on display.
