(Auckland, NZ) – This years event was held at Pukekohe Park Raceway on Sunday 23rd September. The event had been postponed since April due to a mix up over the venue and it seemed to show in the numbers of clubs and cars attending.

There were the usual staple diet of Mustangs on show, as well as the odd classic Escort, Cortina, Sierra Cosworth and even some early Deluxe models. What caught my eye was a real showing of Australasian Falcon variants plus classic US models including a Fairlanes, Thunderbirds, Galaxie, Torino and a couple of pickup trucks.
