Mustang Madness Car Show 2007

The Orange County Mustang Club's car show „Mustang Madness“ Part 16. There was a lot of good fun to be had with events such as the: License Plate Game, Joke Contest, Karaoke Contest, and a Costume & Toilet Paper Contest. Aside from all the games there we just under 200 Ford Mustangs, Thunderbirds, and trucks in attendance. The competition was split into 3 classes: Stock, Personalized and Modified. The classes were determined by a point system based off modifications made to your ride.

Ford GT gets the Geiger-treatment

Trip to Baja

Camping trip to baja, Mexico. My brother and i went down for a long weekend to surf, off road and just chill out. This spot is about 1.5 hours south and then another 1 hour off road road to get to the beach. When we went venturing around in search of fire wood we ran across a off road trail that went for miles. We took it about 5 miles and it had so tight spots, cliff edges that dropped down into the canyon and holes that we're easily 50 feet deep. Definitely sketchy terrain but non-the-less a great time. Any body have any Baja stories?

2009 Mustang

The 2009 Ford Mustang will highlight the 45th anniversary of the Mustang. The new model will be based off the current S197 platform. Major changes will probably include body and chassis modifications along with some interior freshing up. Look for the 3-valve 4.6L to stay as it has proved to be a highly stable and worthy engine for Ford. Some rumors insist Ford will be using a 4 valve 4.6L or 5.4L V-8.

2006 Ford GTX1 Roadster

With the 1966 Sebring-winning Ford GTX1 roadster as inspiration, Ford SVT engineering supervisor Kip Ewing unveiled his take on that legendary racer during the opening day of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show. Ewing conceived the idea for a roadster while working on the Ford GT launch, and after completing initial design sketches and engineering studies on his own time, he won the privilege of utilizing the Ford’s SEMA Technology Initiative to bring the Ford GTX1 roadster to life.

2007 Ford Focus RS WRC 06

The 2007 Focus WRC is a revised version of the last year's car.

Ford of Europe officially unveiled the all-new Ford Focus RS World Rally Car 06 at the 2005 Bologna Motor Show in Italy. The car is Ford's challenger in the FIA World Rally Championship from 2006 onwards.

2008 Shelby GT

The magic duo of Ford Mustang and Carroll Shelby bring open-air excitement to the road for the 2008 model year as the Ford Shelby GT returns with a new convertible body style and a new standard color combination. Like all Shelby Mustang models, production will be limited to assure exclusivity for collectors. The 2008 Shelby GT will be available in coupe and convertible from select Ford dealers beginning in August 2007.
